Tiffany is a passionate leader, entrepreneur, and wellness advocate. As the owner of Admire Retreat, she’s dedicated to providing guests with a calm, welcoming space to relax and recharge. She also owns and operates Admire Aesthetics Medical Spa, a thriving space for advanced aesthetic care. Beyond her businesses, Tiffany is the creator of The Med Spa Success Business Coaching program, where she empowers other business owners with the tools they need to grow and succeed.

Family, community, and wellness are at the core of who Tiffany is. She believes in supporting others—whether it’s her guests, her team, or fellow entrepreneurs. With a heart for service and a drive for excellence, Tiffany continues to inspire everyone around her to reach their full potential.

Louise O'Neill — General Manager

Louise is the heart and steady hand behind Admire Retreat. As General Manager, she makes sure every guest feels welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive. Her calm approach and love for helping others shine through in every part of the guest experience.

Outside of work, Louise is a proud mom to two grown, successful children and a playful fur baby named Banner. She believes in creating spaces where people feel at ease—whether that’s at home or at the retreat. Her goal is simple: to make sure every guest leaves feeling refreshed, relaxed, and ready to come back.

Amanda Wells — Spa Concierge

Amanda is the friendly face that welcomes our guests at Admire Retreat. As our Spa Concierge, she makes sure each visit is smooth, relaxing, and memorable. Her warm personality and thoughtful approach help guests feel right at home from the moment they arrive.

Outside of work, Amanda stays busy as a devoted wife and mom to three amazing kids. She’s also active in her community, balancing it all with grace and positivity. Her passion for people shines through in everything she does, making her an essential part of the Admire Retreat experience.

Tiffany is one of the friendly faces that makes every visit to Admire Retreat feel warm and welcoming. As a Spa Concierge, she’s dedicated to ensuring guests have a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish. Her positive attitude and team spirit are felt by both guests and staff alike.

Beyond the spa, Tiffany is an artist at heart. She loves drawing and finding new ways to express her creativity. At home, she enjoys quality time with her fiancé and her playful pup. Her creative spirit and warm personality are a big part of what makes Admire Retreat such a special place to visit.

Eva Bernard — Esthetician

Eva is a skilled esthetician known for her gentle touch and soothing facials that leave clients feeling refreshed and radiant. Specializing in Dermaplaning, she’s passionate about helping people achieve healthy, glowing skin. Her calm, caring approach ensures every client feels pampered from start to finish.

Recently engaged, Eva enjoys spending time with her fiancé, friends, and family. She also makes time for her personal wellness by staying active with workouts. Raelynn Ames— Nail Technician

Raelynn is a nail art specialist with a love for creating custom, one-of-a-kind designs. Her passion for creativity shines through in every set of nails she creates, turning simple ideas into beautiful works of art. Amanda Matheisen — Nail Technician

David O'Quinn — Massage Therapist

With over two decades of experience, David is a seasoned massage therapist with a passion for holistic healing. Having started his practice in 1998 on the beautiful island of Kauai, he holds licenses in both Hawaii and Oregon. David is trained in a variety of techniques, including structural integration, deep tissue, myofascial release, and Hawaiian Lomi massage. His intuitive, integrative approach allows him to customize each session to meet the unique needs of his clients.

With a background in psychology and a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, David is committed to helping clients find lasting relief and balance. When he’s not helping others heal, you can find him exploring the great outdoors, finding peace and inspiration in nature.
